Though it is only a part of MyStateMLS, TN State MLS serves as Tennessee’s statewide MLS. Every TN State MLS member has access to MyStateMLS and is automatically logged in.
The Tennessee State MLS is a statewide Multiple Listing Service open to all Licensed Real Estate Professionals (Agents, Brokers, Appraisers) in the state of Tennessee. Every member of My State MLS is required to follow state laws governing the sale of real estate by a Licensed Professional and to provide compensation in accordance with the terms of their signed contracts. As long as you hold a license in that state, you are able to list anywhere on the TN State MLS, unlike within local MLS bounds. No “out of area” listings will be posted going forward. It’s the same MLS for any state in the USA, just like my state’s MLS.
One of TN State MLS’s greatest attributes is without a doubt its inexpensive price. The MLS offers fair pricing and never imposes additional fees or fines, regardless of the size of the brokerage—one broker or an office with several dozen agents. You can use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to find certain sales types such as foreclosures and short sales, or you can use it as a marketing tool to find more agents and listings for your company. The MLS can also be used to help you grow your working region.
Over 145 distinct websites receive syndicated listings. Homes.com, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and its network of websites receive listings from MyStateMLS (Tennessee State MLS) DIRECTLY. With the use of sophisticated syndication, the MLS may automatically and at no extra expense display members as the listing agent next to their properties.
